For this brochure for The Granville, I told the story of one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Vancouver, and imagined what it would be like to call it home. You can also find the copy I wrote on The Granville’s website here.
In Vancouver, it’s difficult to think of a more iconic name. Coming soon to Vancouver’s West Side, The Granville will be a lifestyle experience worthy of its storied namesake. This is a story of high-end boutique living, with the city’s best views, at its most enviable address. A story of a fortunate few recognizing something exceedingly rare, and not letting the opportunity pass them by.
The first new building on South Granville in over twenty years, The Granville is something rare — and something rarefied.
Anyone familiar with Vancouver knows what South Granville represents: art, fashion, dining, theatre, galleries, gourmet groceries. Boutiques and bistros. The finer things in life all lined up, block after block. This is old Vancouver at its most sophisticated. And with its persistent lack of supply, South Granville is also one of the city’s most coveted, and ultimately unattainable, addresses. Until now. The Granville will open a new chapter in South Granville living — but with only 41 homes available, this window of opportunity won’t last.
